Los Corales
This community is across the street from the stunning Bavaro Beach. A 1-minute walk will take you to a private area on the beach where your Palapa and Lounge Chairs await. This community has 24 hours security, spa & restaurants in the Piazzetta so you don’t have to walk far if you feel like enjoying dinner or drinks out. A 5-minute walk down the road will take you to restaurants, gift shops, small grocery stores, pharmacy and everything you will need for your stay.
Grunwald I
Small gated community across the street from the beach. There are only 13 units in this small community with a swimming pool and a 1-minute walk onto the beautiful Bavaro Beach. There are restaurants within the Piazzetta in Los Corales that are a 1-2-minute walk and there are restaurants, small grocery stores, gift shops, pharmacy and everything you need within a 4-5-minute walk.
Ducassi
This is a new complex in Bavaro with a rooftop pool. The location is fabulous with restaurants on the main floor, mini market across the street and everything within a few minutes walk of the condo. The stunning Bavaro Beach is a 3-4 minutes walk from your front door.
El Dorado
This community is in the heart of Bavaro, within the complex are restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store and gift shops. Another minute walk will take you to more restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The complex is a 5 minute walk down the main rain to the beautiful Bavaro beach.
Grunwald II
Grunwald 2 is in the same complex as El Dorado so restaurants, shops, grocery, pharmacy and everything you will need is within a few minutes walk. The beautiful Bavaro beach is a 5 minute walk down the road. This complex is small, quiet and has a brand new swimming pool.
Blue Gardens
Blue Gardens is a small complex on the main road close to the “Foodie Trucks”. It is a 2 min walk to the “Foodie Trucks”, 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, mini markets, and everything you will need. The beautiful Bavaro beach is a 10 minute walk away. And you are right on the bus route to Palma Read Mall (5 min by bus); San Juan Plaza and Jumbo (10-15 min bus ride).
Santa Maria del Mar
Santa Maria del Mar I is a secure community 2 blocks off the beach. There are a few restaurants within a 2 minute walk from the complex, the main area with mini markets, restaurants and shops is a 5-7 minute walk. The entrance to access the beach is a 5-7 minute walk from the complex.
Eden Caribe
Eden Caribe is a brand new development 2 blocks off the beach. This 60 unit, 2 bedroom complex has a beautiful pool, community BBQ area, community free Wifi, private parking and 24/7 security. There are restaurants and a mini market on the main road which is a 2 minutes from the complex. Other restaurants, shops and mini markets are approximately 7-10 minute walk. Bavaro beach access is currently through Playa Matilde and a beach restaurant called Veni Vidi Vici which is a 7-8 minute walk from the condo.
White Sands
White Sands is a quiet residential area off the beaten path. The complex is quiet and peaceful which gets you away from everything. There is a community pool and your backyard looks onto a stream and park like area. Stunning Bavaro beach is about a 10-15 min walk from the complex. As part of this complex you have the ability to have lunch or dinner, at an additional cost, at one of the resorts, Bavaro Pricess. This also includes unlimited drinks.
